The whole client journey

Marketing creates the enquiry. The system carries it forward.

For a Singapore family-law practice, the enquiry may be only the beginning of a considered decision. The pilot connects your marketing with qualification, consultation booking and follow-up, while your lawyers retain control of advice and client acceptance.

01

Lead generation & content

A practice-specific message, an agreed content plan and targeted campaigns. Content is prepared for your firm’s legal review before publication.
02

A focused enquiry funnel

A campaign landing page, enquiry path and source tracking, built around the family-law matters and prospective clients your firm wants to serve.
03

Human intake & qualification

Structured conversations to assess practice fit, urgency and consultation readiness. Channels, language coverage and Singapore-time service hours are agreed with your firm.
04

Consultation booking

Calendar coordination, confirmation and reminders matched to your lawyers’ capacity and consultation terms.
05

Consistent follow-up

An agreed contact cadence for unanswered enquiries and prospects considering engagement after a consultation, with opt-out handling included in the workflow.
06

CRM & reporting

A visible pipeline: enquiry source, qualification, booking, attendance, follow-up and signed engagement. Weekly reviews help identify where the process needs attention.
Designed around your practice

Start with family law. Keep the pilot focused.

We begin with one defined practice area and a manageable consultation capacity. Personal injury is a secondary pilot market, with its own messaging and qualification criteria.

  • Family law · primary marketDivorce, parenting and related family matters that sit within your firm’s actual services. Legal content and suitability criteria are approved by your lawyers.
  • Personal injury · secondary marketA separate scope for firms handling claimant matters. We do not assume the same funnel, fees or conversion economics as family law.
  • Singapore-specific operating planSingapore-time scheduling, local terminology, practice-specific content and an agreed enquiry process. International delivery is clearly disclosed.
  • Your firm makes the legal decisionsConflicts checks, case acceptance, advice, professional fees and representation remain with your law practice.
The Singapore market-entry pilot

90 days. Up to two firms. A defined plan before launch.

A small initial cohort lets us establish the operating model with each practice. Acceptance is subject to fit, scope and a written agreement; this is not a claim that places have already been filled.

01 · Diagnose

Agree the baseline

Review current enquiry sources, response time, consultation fees, capacity, attendance and signed-client data. Set an individual target and define how it will be measured.
02 · Build

Connect the workflow

Prepare the funnel, campaigns, content plan, intake scripts, booking process and CRM. Confirm approvals, access and data-handling arrangements before launch.
03 · Operate

Run and improve

Execute the agreed campaigns and intake coverage, follow up, and review the pipeline weekly. Track media spend and cost per relevant enquiry and signed client.
04 · Review

Decide what comes next

At the end of the 90-day pilot, assess the agreed scorecard and economics. Continue, adjust or conclude under the written terms, including access and data handover.

Gabriel Leor · CEO & SalesRetainer Engine · marketing and intake strategy
Retainer Engine brings marketing, human intake, follow-up and measurement into one managed workflow. Gabriel leads sales strategy and client relationships; Chaim Mazor leads marketing, technology and development. For the Singapore pilot, the engagement starts with a review of your firm’s current process rather than an imported revenue promise. We define the service scope, responsibilities, capacity and performance target together. This is an international service for Singapore law practices. Retainer Engine’s existing offices are in the US and Israel. We do not claim a Singapore office, Singapore client results or local regulatory approval.
Local scope · clear commercial terms

A fixed-fee pilot. A separate media budget.

Following the audit, your firm receives a Singapore-specific written proposal with pricing quoted in SGD. The amount depends on the funnel, campaign scope, content volume and intake coverage required. The proposal sets the 90-day term, payment schedule, software and third-party costs, applicable taxes, exclusions and end-of-pilot arrangements. No price is assumed before reviewing your economics.

The pilot does not include a percentage of legal fees or an automatic revenue guarantee. Any alternative performance-linked arrangement requires separate Singapore professional-conduct review and written approval before it can be offered.
Before we begin

The practical questions.

What will the written scope include?A defined funnel and enquiry path, campaign plan, content deliverables, human-intake coverage, qualification criteria, consultation booking, follow-up, CRM and reporting. Quantities, channels, languages, service hours and approval responsibilities are listed explicitly.
What performance target will you use?We agree an individual target after reviewing your fees, available capacity and current conversion data. The scorecard can track response time, qualification, booked and attended consultations, signed clients and acquisition costs. Targets are planning measures, not guaranteed legal or commercial outcomes.
Who reviews Singapore-facing legal content?Your law practice reviews and approves legal accuracy, descriptions of its services and publicity before publication. We do not claim that the pilot or any proposed campaign has been approved by a Singapore regulator.
How are prospective-client details handled? Before the pilot handles client enquiries, the written plan must identify the purpose of collection, notices and permissions, access controls, selected systems, hosting and cross-border transfers, retention, export and deletion. Collect only the information needed for the agreed intake stage. Do not submit confidential client files during the initial audit.
What happens after 90 days?We review the agreed results and economics with your firm. Continuation, changes or conclusion follow the written agreement. Data access, export, account ownership and handover are defined before the pilot begins.
