Commercial structure

A clear proposal before work begins.

The proposal defines setup costs, monthly fees, advertising budget and execution scope. Any performance component requires review against the rules applicable to your firm and a written agreement. Illustrative prices are not a binding offer.

Questions about the engagement

What to know before we start.

Is advertising spend included?

Media spend and setup costs are identified separately in the proposal.

How much content do you produce?

Article, video and social-post volume is scoped to your plan and market.

How quickly can we launch?

Typical setup examples range from 14–21 days to 2–4 weeks. Your proposal sets the target based on scope, access, approvals and existing assets.

Who provides legal advice?

The law firm provides all legal advice and representation. Our role is marketing and intake.

Scope and commercial terms

Marketing with optional managed sales

The proposal can cover a marketing and systems scope for firms with their own intake team, or add a managed sales department. Campaigns, content volume, software configuration, channels and team involvement are listed explicitly rather than assumed to be identical in every engagement.

What the investment covers

Setup covers the agreed build and configuration. Monthly fees cover the agreed ongoing work. Managed sales, if selected, is specified separately. Paid media is funded separately; taxes, third-party costs and exclusions are identified in your proposal. Market-specific examples are not a universal price list.

Performance terms in writing

Any performance component or guarantee is set out in the agreement applicable to your firm. The agreement defines eligibility, measurement, attribution, start date, firm obligations, excluded costs and the remedy if a target is missed. Targets and historical examples do not automatically constitute guarantees.

A proposal based on the diagnosis

The growth call reviews your current pipeline and identifies the constraint to address first. Your written proposal records the baseline, recommended scope, investment, initial term, responsibilities, launch milestones and success scorecard. The firm’s market and applicable rules inform the structure.
